Kevin started his career in the insurance industry as a bodily injury claims specialist in 2001 . During that time, He handled all aspects of personal auto liability claims including verbal threshold cases, underinsured/uninsured motorist claims. Kevin successfully negotiated hundreds of of claims that ranged from minor soft tissue through catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

In 2011, he switched to representing medical providers in PIP litigation for a small law firm. There, Kevin gained experience by writing hundreds of arbitration memorandums in addition to appearing in person to argue many of the claims.

Kevin then started his own practice in 2014 and has recovered millions of dollars in improperly denied medical benefits through settlements and over 1,300 arbitration awards as of 2025.
